ESSENSUALS RUGBY - SALON PROFILE

Based in the centre of Rugby, we are proud to bring award winning hair to our home town. Three times regional finalist for the British Hairdressing Awards, Stephen Fordham, Creative Director, leads a well known and approachable team.

We have varying levels of stylists/technicians that will cater for a cross level of customer and are also proud to be highly competent in non-european hair. We have three Wella Master Colour Award holders and Stephen Fordham was the first in the company to attain the Wella Master Colour Expert Award.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TEAM

We have an amazing tool for excellent customer relations - we empower our staff. Our clients view their regular stylist as a trusted friend. We also encourage that each client becomes familiar with at least two stylists/technicians so that should their regular stylist/technician not be available, they could fit in with someone else. Many of our clients have been with us since we opened so most of our staff is familiar.

SALON ENVIRONMENT

The style is light, airy, air conditioned, with marble floors throughout and is complemented by Toni&Guy satellite T.V. to provide the ultimate salon experience. The quality of products used includes the salon exclusive Label M range, Avalon Specialist Afro range, Wella, L'Oreal, and Racoon Hair Extensions.

The feeling that we want our clients to experience when visiting our salon is that of fine dining, the sort of night out that makes you tell everyone you meet the next day, how wonderful the occasion was. We want to provide creative hair that is affordable and easy to maintain by the client. Our customers are media aware and the concept of style is not age, gender or culture restrictive. Our salon team and creative standards reflect needs today's industry aware customer.
