As a provider of IT services, PCMAYDAY talks to many different providers on behalf of it's customers.
Recently it was necessary to discuss a customers exsisting Internet Connection supplied by UWDC. Initially, it proved difficult to talk to them about the problem on my customers behalf, but only because they are so strict about data protection.
Once you were kind enough to explain the situation to UWDC, staff literally fell over themselves to help sort out the problem.
This has left me with a very positive view of UWDC and it's ability to both support and protect its customers
